Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) must be provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@ecogrowmedia.co.uk with photos and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
